When will my order arrive?

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We use UPS Ground for all our shipping. Within the US, expect to receive your item 3 to 5 days after shipping.

Which mail carriers do you use?

We currently ship via UPS Ground only.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are looking into international shipping options, but currently only ship within the US.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

What do I do if my items are damaged?

We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier. Please save all the packaging, it is required for claims.

Mt. Washington Pottery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS to resolve these matters.

Is your checkout system secure?

Yes. The checkout process for Mt. Washington Pottery happens entirely on Stripe, a secure payment processor. Please refer to the Stripe website for up-to-date information on their security policies and procedures.

Will you share my personal information?

Mt. Washington Pottery is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Mt. Washington Pottery as simple as possible and to improve the overall shopping experience on the site. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.

I don’t see the item I want. When will it be available?

We are a small studio and most of the work is made to order. That said there are often extra pieces from orders and we will list those as they are available to our web-shop. To find out what's happening in the studio please join our mailing list and follow us on Instagram!

Do you take custom or special orders?

Yes we are happy to take orders for items that are sold out in our shop. Some items require a minimum quantity. Special orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due within seven days of the orders completion.

How do I care for my new ceramics?

Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend hand washing.
